Ingredients for four people
1 large bunch of coriander
1 bunch of parsley
2 finely chopped green onions
1 finely chopped chili pepper
1-2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
½ teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons vinegar
½ cup of olive oil
4 avocado peels peeled and cut into slices
4 teaspoons capers

Preparation
The first step
Prepare the coriander leaves into small pieces and toss in a large bowl.
The second step
In the bowl add the minced parsley, onions, salt, vinegar, oil, garlic and chili peppers.
The last step
Add the avocados, after you have mixed all the ingredients well and at the end sprinkle once again with a little salt and black pepper.
