Banana and Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe, suggested by Anthony Williams, the best in the field

It will nourish and rejuvenate your body. Moreover it also tastes good. Pumpkin is packed with nutrients that our livers can easily absorb.
Rich in carotenoids that protect cells from damage. Pumpkin glucose can stabilize the liver, allowing blood sugar to be fully stabilized in the body. Pumpkin is a rich source of B vitamins such as niacin, thiamine, pantothenic acid and minerals like calcium, potassium and phosphorus. It is an excellent food to help in weight loss and lowering blood cholesterol.
Bananas provide the right fuel for the body and awaken dormant cells, increasing their production. Bananas also soothe the intestines. Contrary to popular belief, bananas are one of the most antibacterial foods.
Pumpkin and banana smoothie
Ingredients:
2 bananas, cut into pieces and frozen
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon (optional)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix. Toss cinnamon on top and do well!
