A recipe for today's lunch, Chicken sausage with lentils and cabbage

Ingredients:
Olive oil
Fresh chicken sausage
1 onion cut into cubes
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (minced)
A teaspoon of fennel seeds
3 diced carrots
1 cup brown lentils, rinsed
6 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable juice
Horse cabbage herd
Coarse salt
This recipe should be included in Detox.
Preparation:
Heat the pan. Add the olive oil and then the chicken sausage cut into pieces. Let it fry until you give it a color.
Remove from pan.
If necessary, add a little more oil to the pan, then add the onions, garlic, cabbage and salt. Let it cook and soften for about 5 minutes. Add the carrots and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the lentils and chicken sausage and stir to mix. Add the liquid. Cover it. Cook for 30 to 45 minutes until lentils are softened. Finally add the minced kale and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.
