Ingredients:
1 packet of Peta for pie
300 gr. Thjerza
2 grains Sew
300 gr. Chicken breast
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Curry
some Thyme branches
1 glass of Milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves Garlic
1 cup Yogurt
1 glass of Chicken juice
1 small bunch of Koper
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
Coarsely chop the onion and set it with olive oil, curry and some thyme leaves, salt and pepper and add the chicken. Stir and allow the flavors to aromatize. Combine the lentils with the rest and add the chicken broth. Allow to simmer slightly until the liquid is absorbed but not completely. Remove and allow to cool.
Now mix the butter well with the oil and milk.
Lay the noodles in a casserole sprinkling them with the mixture of milk and butter, make as many layers as you want, I made about 12 layers. Pour the lentil filling in the middle, turn the sides and sprinkle generously with milk and butter so that they do not dry out during baking. Pour the remaining milk over the lentils. Put to bake in the preheated oven at 160 ° C for 30-35 minutes or until you see it has taken on the beautiful color on top. Allow to cool slightly before serving with yogurt mixed with garlic and dill which you can add as a sauce on top for freshness.
