Adda`s All has more than one idea for Sunday night dinner. Easy, healthy and with seasonal vegetables you can make summer salad. All you have to do is wash and clean the vegetables, chop them and then grill them.
If you want Zucchini Salad
Ingredients
4 Kungulleshka
1 Cucumber
Some green onion tails
A small herd of Koper
A medium piece Goat Cheese
FOR MARINING
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 Limon
1 tablespoon Finely grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon Mustard
A little Salt
A little black pepper
2 cloves Garlic
Washed zucchini cut thinly with a knife or mandolin and decide to bake in the carrier on both sides. Do the same for the rest of the zucchini.
Cut thinly with mandolin or knife and cucumber.
Place the carrier zucchini and cucumber on a serving platter and season with salt and pepper.
Separately prepare the marinade sauce by finely chopping the garlic, combine with the lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, lemon peels, add a little more salt. Stir vigorously to marinate the sauce and add on top of the zucchini. Mix them. Then add the shredded cheese, finely chopped onion stalks, dill and serve.
Recipe for Grilled Eggplant, with goat cheese, raisins, and pistachio
Ingredients
2-3 pieces Eggplants
2 tablespoons raisins
An average piece of Goat Cheese
1 Limon
4-5 tablespoons olive oil
Some basil leaves
A little Salt
A little black pepper
2 tablespoons Pistachio
Put soaked raisins in cold water. Meanwhile chop the eggplants into thin sheets and bake in the carrier. Put in a bowl where you will add lemon juice or white vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil, and basil leaves. Add the raisins and mix. At the moment of serving, add the goat cheese, the pieces of toasted bread and sprinkle with coarsely chopped pistachio
