Sweeten Saturday with baked eyebrows according to Adda`s All recipe

If you miss the sweetness of childhood, you can try it again, but by experimenting. Adda`s All suggests that syltjashi be cooked.

Ingredients:

2 cups of rice per risotto about 200 gr.

150 gr. sugar

1 tablespoon butter

1 limon

1 teaspoon vanilla or a fresh stick even better

2 liters of milk

2 tablespoons starch

Strawberry

cinnamon

almonds or walnuts

1 egg yolk

mint leaves

Preparation:

Continue the preparation like a normal sultjash by putting the rice to simmer with water on low heat until it boils well and starts to crumble.

Remove half a glass from the milk and melt the starch in it.

Add the milk to the rice along with the vanilla, sugar, finely chopped lemon peels and butter. Stir constantly so that it does not stick to you until it starts to boil. Let simmer for a few minutes, then add the diluted starch and leave on the fire until slightly thickened. Not long after it dries in the oven afterwards

When thick enough, divide into individual pans or a single one.

Beat the egg yolk with a little milk and smear the surface of the sultan with it, carefully opening it with the back of a spoon.

Set to bake at 180 ° C for 25-30 minutes or when you see that the surface starts to redden and take on a nice color.

Allow to cool and refrigerate for a few hours. Before serving, sprinkle with cinnamon and decorate with pieces of fruit, almonds or walnuts (which I forgot to throw in this small casserole due to the rush for photos) and mint leaves.

And if you want and with a spoonful of vanilla ice cream.
