Lavender-flavored lemonade that relieves anxiety and stress
Lavender-flavored lemonade is a summery, refreshing and aromatic drink, fresh and delicious made with lemonade base, but with honey instead of sugar and the addition of lavender sprigs. At the same time with the refreshment you will enjoy a cleansing and relaxing drink thanks to the properties of lavender, ideal to combat anxiety and stress.
To prepare it, you only need 4 ingredients: water, lemon juice, lavender sprigs and honey. Keep it in the fridge, so that you can consume it fresh in the hottest hours and also serve it to the guests.
Carefully wash the lavender twigs and set aside. Put the water in a large saucepan and add the honey and lavender and let it cool. Meanwhile, wash the lemons and squeeze to get the juice. Be careful, eliminate all threads and cores.
Filter and water the pot with linseed oil and add the lemon juice. Leave to cool in the fridge for at least two hours.
