4 foreign cooking addresses to follow on Instagram: To cook fast, to welcome friends on Sunday, to dream
Instagram surpasses any cookbook in that it offers a variety of recipes, from different countries and cultures, gathered in the same place. Today we will show you four special addresses that you probably don't follow yet, but that are worth it.
The first is Alain Passard who makes a cooking show on television, cooks at his L'Arpege restaurant in Paris, where he also eats Macron and where you have to book a month in advance, makes cookbooks and posts recipes on his profile on Instagram with 408 thousand followers.
If I don't know French, no problem. Alain also distributes his recipes in English.
1.3 million people follow Italian Massimo Bottura, the three-star Italian chef Michelin, owner of Osteria Francescana. Massimo has won awards and has a documentary on Netflix. He is the man who brought forward the tortellini art of Italian grandmothers. Massimo dared to be the first to have a star restaurant and now Osteria Francescana is in the top 5 in Italy and the top 50 in the world. Massimo lives in Modena. It was first discovered by a journalist. Left on the street, without eating, he entered and ate at the restaurant where no one cared that the Italians loved the plate full of tortellini and not just stuffed the bottom of the plate. The journalist made it so famous that even here you have to book months in advance for a table.
The third is a woman who started cooking when she was little, next to her mother. Barbara Pollastrini was born in Rome, but moved from Italy to Los Angeles with the intention of becoming internationally famous. She is one of the 40 Ambassadors of Taste in the World. The common denominator of each dish is the flowers. In each of them there is aesthetics and always flowers. Barbara makes art with them, even in movies. Her dishes have been part of several films known as "He`s just not that into you" or "The girl is the dragon tattoo" and have received awards.
Last but not least is the "GialloZafferano" profile that has it all. From antipasti, the first dish, the second to the sweets. So they are also shared on the blog . It has 1.1 million followers on Instagram alone. The blog was started by Sonia Peronaci, and after her departure she is managed by some chefs.
