They write anything that comes to their mind

John Duffy, a clinical psychologist and author of a book on parenting teenagers, says: “To reduce stress, keep notes. I write down thoughts, situations, relationships with people, ideas and give structure to everything that comes to my mind. This creative process is really helpful because we forget about problems, thoughts become clearer and tension is reduced. Afterwards, I can see things from a different perspective."

Tighten the muscles

This means that you should tighten your muscles for 10 seconds and then focus on the feeling of relaxation for 20 seconds. There are 200 exercises for all muscle groups in total.
