Video with the Montenegrin prime minister returning to the border. How did he find the way to enter Albania
The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Zdravko Krivokapi?, was not allowed to enter the Albanian customs. The reason is the anti-Covid measures that the Montenegrin Prime Minister does not seem to have respected. Montenegrin journalist Aleksandar Brezar has published a video showing government cars returning to customs. According to him, the Prime Minister did not present the vaccination certificate nor a valid test with a negative result against Covid.
'Montenegrin Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapic apparently returned to the Albanian border without a valid PCR test or a vaccination passport, which could prevent him from attending the Western Balkans lunch with German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Shame! ” He wrote on Twitter.

But the prime minister found another way to be present at lunch with the chancellor and other prime ministers of the region. After returning to the border, Krivokapic reportedly returned to Podgorica and flew back to Albania by plane from the airport in Golubovci.
