Kosovo Police have denied that a former Serbian member of this institution was arrested in North Mitrovica.
According to a press release, the Police described this information as "speculation from some Serbian media".
This reaction of the Kosovo Police comes after some Serbian media reported that a former member of the Police, identified as Zoran Mihajllovic, was arrested in North Mitrovica on December 16.
The news that Zoran Mihajllovic has been arrested has sparked protests and tensions in the North of Kosovo by local Serbs.
