The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, held a joint meeting in Brussels today, with the mediation of European Union officials.
The draft statute for the Association is presented
In the meeting between Kurti and Vucic, the draft statute for the formation of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority was presented.
The Management Team consisting of four members of the Serbian community, including a member of the Serbian Parliament, presented the draft statute for the formation of this association.
Danijella Vujicic, from this team, said that drafting the draft lasted four months from April 2018 to August 2018. According to her, there are 9 chapters and 67 articles.
"Today, after five years, we had the opportunity to present the draft completed in 2018," she told reporters.
The presentation of the draft statute for the Association was on the second item on the agenda of the meeting in Brussels. The first item, the Declaration on the Disappeared, was approved by Kurti and Vucic.
The Declaration on the Disappeared is approved
The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, approved the Declaration on the Disappeared from the last war in Kosovo.
This was also the first item on the agenda in the meeting held in Brussels, with the mediation of European Union officials.
The EU has published what is contained in the Declaration on the Disappeared, which also includes the forcibly disappeared.
