Dutch MEP: A Serbian Republic will not be allowed inside Kosovo

The Dutch member of the European Parliament, Thijs Reuten, expresses dissatisfaction with the soft policy of the European bloc towards Serbia.
He emphasizes that there cannot be a Serbian Republic within Kosovo.
"There is already a Serbian Republic in the Balkans and this is very even. A Serbian Republic will not be allowed inside Kosovo, so don't create a fog in the opinion with article 7 of the Agreement, where it is about something else. That history will not be repeated again," said the Dutch MEP.
According to him, Vucic sees the EU only as an ATM.
"The member states of the European Union and the European Commission must make it clear to Vučić that he can no longer behave in this way. On the one hand, he undermines the dialogue process, giving strong comments that he has not signed the agreement with Kosovo, and on the other hand, he accepts large funds from the European bloc. The Serbian president is seeing the EU as an ATM and this must end," declared Reuten.
The MEP has called on the 5 countries of the European Union to change their position and recognize the independence of Kosovo.
