A few hours ago it was reported in the media that due to the increase in the number of people infected with COVID-19 in Montenegro, the authorities of the neighboring state had reinstated the obligation to present a test or vaccination passport to cross the border.

However, the Montenegrin authorities have announced that these restrictions do not apply to residents of countries in the region, namely Kosovo, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and northern Macedonia.

For the citizens of these countries, the unconditional movement with an identity card still remains in force, so anyone traveling to the neighboring country does not have to worry about restrictions.
