A magnitude 4.9 earthquake shook Cyprus early Friday morning.
The media reported that the epicenter of the earthquake was 60 kilometers northwest of Pegeia in Paphos.
The tremors were felt a few minutes before 6:00 p.m. There are still no reports of injuries or property damage.
