The mayor added that the school was built in record time, to be ready in September. "8 months ago it was a building, a former military ward, but the foundations were laid in record time and the school will be ready in September. I came to greet my colleagues who worked throughout the summer, making a school a reality that was built in 8 months and today is ready to open" , he said.

"This is an ultra-modern school, so I ask for parents' understanding: Do not torture children by taking them to distant schools. The motto of the municipality is 'every day a concrete job' and as long as we show a concrete project that serves the community, we have fulfilled our mission. The concrete work for today is this school, one of the largest and most beautiful we have in Tirana", said Veliaj.

He underlined that the focus of the Municipality of Tirana this year has been the youth, which is also shown by the many investments that have been made for schools and cultural activities. "If we give children quality education, this country will move forward. If we talk and fight about every school, then we will go backwards. When I see that in the year of the youth we opened so many schools in Tirana, we had many cultural and artistic activities with a focus on the youth, it means that politics will do. The fact that we turned our desire to work into concrete projects means that good politics exists, as does good journalism or good business," he declared.

The mayor gave good news to the residents of the capital when he declared that after the completion of the construction process of kindergartens and new schools, work will begin on interventions at the capillary level in the neighborhoods. "Now it's our turn to serve in the spaces between the buildings. We really did the Dajti road, we really finished with the kindergartens, schools, nurseries in this unit, but now we will have to start capillary investments in every building. People say: good, very good school, kindergarten, kindergarten, the main road, now I want that neighborhood road too. So, that's where the focus will be now that we have systematized most of the schools" , emphasized Veliaj.

The new school has a central heating system installed, while a special importance has been given to the outdoor environment that will be at the service of the community of the area after the end of the lesson.
