This change does not yet exclude the sending of notices by traditional mail, but is intended to facilitate the process of informing businesses and improve the efficiency of public services. The electronic submission of annual obligations is an important step towards the complete digitization of this process and will bring great relief to businesses, reducing bureaucracy and waiting time." said officials of local taxes and fees.

The Directorate of Local Taxes and Fees has been applying for a month to receive email addresses for every taxpayer who visits the reception desk of the institution, but at the same time it is collecting the right information directly from the field regarding the electronic addresses of businesses.
