The Central Election Commission has published the draft decision on determining the monetary value of a valid vote for the elections held on April 25, 2021. According to the Electoral Code, this is defined as twice as large as the fund allocated for the general elections of 2017.

In 2017, the fund made available to the parties was 65,000,000 ALL. While for 2021 the fund was 130,000,000 ALL.

The division of the general fund approved by the total number of valid votes collected by the political parties participating in the elections that have received not less than 1 percent of the valid votes nationwide results in the monetary value of one vote of valid 130,000,000 (one hundred and thirty million) ALL / 1,533,334 (one million five hundred and thirty three three hundred and thirty four) votes = 84.78 (≈ 85) ALL.

The parties that have received not less than 1 percent of the votes and the valid votes collected by them, are as follows:

1. Social Democratic Party (PSD) 35,475 votes 2.2479%
2. Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI) 107,538 votes 6.8143%
3. Democratic Party "Alliance for Change" (PD-AN) 622,187 votes 39.4259%
