From the newly reconstructed "Babë Dudë Karburanara" school in Berat, Prime Minister Edi Rama congratulated the students at the beginning of this new school year. In his speech, Rama talked about the possibility of part-time employment of retired teachers, to give more jobs to the market.
"We have many retired teachers that we can invite to engage with reduced hours in special care related to the supervision and ease that the process of working with professional students in the enterprise can have as part of the dual system that we are deepen and which is a necessity to give the market more working arms. The necessity to make it possible today in the conditions when the economy is gaining comprehensive capacities and the growth is not read between the numbers, but is not felt directly in the family budgets, to include pensions. For this reason, we are working intensively on meaningful data to enable us to start the integration of pensioners in the space of this growth so that even pensioners can feel towards Albania 2030, what is completely sensitive in the pockets of teachers who have their salary today average 950 euros.
