Rama jokes with the head of the Albanian American Foundation for Butrint: Welcome to the club of the corrupt!
Prime Minister Edi Rama has ironized today the opposition which has long been publicly attacking the Government's project, in cooperation with the Albanian-American Development Foundation, for the new Butrint Management Plan.
In the activity for the launch of smart laboratories in schools, where the head of the Albanian-American Foundation was also present, Rama addressed Michael Granoff, "congratulating him for finally joining the club of the corrupt".
Batuta e Rama:
Since Butrint's work came out strongly this past month, I wanted to make a public wish to Michael Granoff, who is also an Albanian citizen among others, because he was finally baptized as "corrupt."
For a long time I actually waited for him to receive this baptism, to bathe in this muddy water and be baptized, so “Michael, welcome to the club of corrupted criminals and I am sure you will feel much better and a real grown up, finally ”.
The opposition and some media have called the new project abusive and have even alluded to benefits from the American Foundation through the new Butrint Park Management Plan.
