RELEASE AND APPOINTMENT OF THE GENERAL STATE ADVOCATE
Pursuant to Article 100 of the Constitution and Articles 21, point 1, 26, point 5, letter "a", of Law no. 10018, dated 13.11.2008, "On the State Advocacy", as amended, on the proposal of the Prime Minister , Council of ministers
VENDOSI:
1. Mrs. Brunilda Lilo, Attorney General of the State, is relieved of this duty.
2. Mr. Odise Moçka is appointed General Advocate of the State.
This decision enters into force immediately.
