The legendary football player of Partizan, Robert Jashari, dies
The football legend of the Partizan team and the Albanian national team, Robert Jashari, has passed away at the age of 83. The news was announced by family members.
Heading for many years with the great Partizan and the national team, Jashari is the author of the first historic goal half a century ago in Northern Ireland.
He won the National Championship six times between 1957 and 1964 with Partizan Tirana and was the top scorer in the National Championship in three consecutive seasons between 1962 and 1965, with 18, 9 and 14 goals respectively. He has played 7 matches in total with the national team.
