The heat has gripped our country and as it is felt the temperatures have reached maximum values, up to 40 degrees. Ongoing advice for this comes from the Ministry of Health, so that citizens are careful.

-Avoid strenuous activities during the hottest hours of the day
-Do not leave children or animals in parked cars
-Spend 2-3 hours a day in a cool environment
-If you do not feel well ask for help
-Move immediately in a cool environment
-Drink water to stay hydrated
