The day starts hot, but it may rain in the afternoon

Today, our country will be affected by relatively stable atmospheric conditions, with hot air masses of southern origin, as well as thanks to the influence of the African Anticyclone.

The weather is expected to be initially clear throughout the territory, then moderate to heavy clouds from midday to afternoon.

Rainfall is expected to be present from midday, partly along the Western Lowlands in its mountainous reliefs, where low-intensity rain is expected in the form of short-term thunderstorms, occasionally accompanied by electrical discharges and locally hail.

While in the south and mainly in the southeast, we will have rain with low intensity and occasionally moderate in the form of short-term thunderstorms, accompanied by electrical discharges and locally hail.

The wind will blow in the northwest-northeast direction with an average speed of 2-8 m/sec, while along the coastline and the valley at the moment of cloudiness the wind becomes relatively intense, gaining a speed of 10-14 m/sec, accompanied by waves in seas strength 1-3 points.
