Dozens of people remained upside down, in the air, for almost 30 minutes.
The terrifying moments were recorded on video by other people who were at that amusement park in Canada.
Those left above were shouting, while those below were comforting them that they would soon descend from there.
Several people had chest pains, two others lost sensation in their legs.
According to those in charge at this park, the equipment that suffered a malfunction the next day would have a routine check.
