The price of gas in Europe is rising
After Germany suspended the approval process of the Russian gas pipeline, Nord stream 2, the price of gas in Europe has risen immediately.
A few days ago the German energy market regulator stated that it could not certify Nord Stream 2 because the company was based in Switzerland, not Germany.
Gas contract prices in Europe rose by 10%, causing citizens to pay very high bills.
Experts have warned of the risk of power outages in the event of a cold winter.
