"President De Luca, I'm that bitch Meloni. How are you?", this is how the Italian Prime Minister greeted the President of the Campania Region, Vincenzo De Luca, upon his arrival in Caivano. The two then exchanged a handshake.


Meloni doesn't seem to forget. Her ironic greeting is related to a statement by De Luca made on February 19 of this year, when he asked for her greater attention to the South, calling it a "slut".
