In an appearance today, Pope Francis spoke about the hypocrisy of some countries that, according to him, talk about peace and at the same time produce weapons, causing wars.
"I would like to mention two failures of humanity, Ukraine and Palestine, where people suffer and where the arrogance of the occupier prevails over dialogue. "Unfortunately, there are places where state authorities do not respect the dignity and freedom that every human being has, an inalienable right as a child of God," the Pope said.
The Pope called for dialogue, stressing that young people have a special ability to bring peace.
