Bad weather and the so-called phenomenon Daniel have affected over 200 thousand people living in the areas of Agria and Lechonia.
Houses were left without lights, without water, transport was blocked, the Internet and communication waves were cut off.
According to forecasts, the bad weather will last until this afternoon. Heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected in Thessaly, Sporades, central and eastern Sterea (mainly Evrytania, Fthiotida prefectures) and northern Evia.
