In the Gaza hospital where children are dying from lack of food, water and electricity
The director of Al-Shifa hospital has given the gloomy and sad picture that is inside the four walls.
In a telephone interview, Mohammad Abu Salmiya told about the hospital in Gaza where there are over 650 injured people, 36 premature babies, 45 patients with kidney problems and 5 thousand people who have been displaced there. Some children are starving. And the disconnection of electricity leads to malfunction of medical equipment and incubators. Fuel for the generators is running low.
"Children are starving because they need milk and there is no water to make milk for them," said Abu Salmiya.
He reported the death of one patient with kidney problems and warned that four others were at risk. This is due to the lack of dialysis.
