With the vaccine, but again Covid killed Colin Powell at the age of 84
Former United States Secretary of State Colin Powell received both doses of the vaccine, but Covid died again. The news of the 84-year-old's loss was given by his family on a Facebook status where he clarified that Powell had been vaccinated. It is still unclear which vaccine he received, but in the United States only Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson are applied.
Powell was a distinguished professional soldier, whose career took him from combat duty in Vietnam to being the first colored national security adviser during the end of Ronald Reagan's presidency and the youngest and first African president - US President, under the Presidency of George HW Bush.
In the mid-1990s, he was considered a leading contender to become the first colored President of the United States. But his reputation would be tarnished forever when, as George W. Bush's first secretary of state, he fostered intelligence about the Iraq War. Later, he would describe this moment as a "stain" on his career and achievements.
