Talking baskets! Swedish city initiative to reduce pollution
The Swedish city of Malmo is taking a whole new level in its latest attempt to clear the streets.
By installing talking rubbish bins, which deliver audio messages after garbage is dumped, authorities hope for an increase in landfills.
Pedestrians throwing garbage into one of two bins on the city’s Davidshallsbron Bridge are rewarded with extremely positive feedback from a female sex voice, which offers a range of responses.
"Come back soon and do it again!", Is one of the programmed messages.
