Kate Middleton on chemotherapy: I'm learning how to be patient, taking each day as it comes

Kate Middleton has spoken about her cancer treatment at a political event.
"I have been overwhelmed by all the kind messages of support and encouragement. They have really made a huge difference to William and I and have helped us both through some of the toughest times. "I'm progressing well, but as anyone who goes through chemotherapy knows, there are good days and bad days," Kate said.
Telling further about this period, Kate said: There are bad days, when I feel weak, tired and I have to surrender to my body by resting. But on good days, when I feel stronger, I want to make the most of feeling good. My treatment is ongoing and will be for several more months. On the days I feel pretty good, it's fun to engage with school life, do things that give me energy and positivity, and start doing a little work from home.
I'm learning how to be patient, especially with uncertainty. Taking each day as it comes, listening to my body and allowing myself the time I need to heal. Thank you very much for your continued understanding.
