Blinken picks up the guitar in Kiev and interprets the song with a message for

The American Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, is on a visit to Kiev, where he met with the Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelenksy.

During the visit, Blinken said that Russian President Vladimir Putin must pay to rebuild what he has destroyed in Ukraine, while reiterating the US position.

After the meeting, Blinken stepped out of the official framework and picked up the guitar to deliver a message of freedom to the Ukrainians.
