A serious event has happened in the last few hours in Sydney.
Crowds of people have fled a Sydney shopping center after reports of stabbings and gunfire. It has been reported that multiple police forces are at the scene.
The incident took place inside the Westfield shopping centre.
People have been advised to avoid the area. Ambulances and police cars were seen nearby.
So far it is reported that 4 people have lost their lives.
