For the second year in a row, on November 28, the Municipality of Tirana will organize the parade of Albanians on the "Dëşmorët e Kombit" boulevard. Albanians from all over the world will come together in Tirana in the pride parade.
On the occasion of this activity, the Municipality of Tirana in cooperation with the State Police have drawn up a plan of measures for the diversion of vehicle traffic.
The full plan of measures drawn up by the Municipality of Tirana
Prohibition of vehicle traffic on 28.11.2024, from 09:00 to 14:00, for
the progress of the cultural activity "Albanian Parade", in a public, organized space, in the square
"Italy" throughout "Mother Teresa" square, "Deshmorët e Kombit" boulevard and "Skenderbej" square.
Vehicle traffic will continue on the following roads:
- On "Lek Dukagjini" streets, "Ibrahim Rugova" street, "Abdyl Frashëri" street, "Papa John Paul II" street, in
"Zhan D' Ark" Boulevard and "Bajram Curri" Boulevard, "Abdyl Frashëri" Street and "Ismail" Street
Qemali".
The route of the movement of the urban line vehicles will be suspended along the entire "Dëshmorët e Kombit" boulevard and the "Mother Teresa" square, as well as in all the road segments that intersect with the aforementioned route, as follows:
-Line No. 1/A "Headquarters - Crystal - Center - Train Station - Allias" and 1/B "Hill of the Sun 2 -
Crystal - Center - Train Station - Allias" diverts to "Willson Square" to continue back to
"Sami Frashëri"-"Myslym Shyri"-"Ibrahim Rugova" streets - "Gjergi Fishta" boulevard, while the rest of the route is at the intersection of the Ministry of Justice.
- Line No. 2 "Teg - Old Sauk - Zoo - Former Train Station" detours to the square
"Willson"
- Line No. 3 "Kashar-Yzberisht - Center" deviates to Kavaja street at the intersection with "Ibrahim" street
Rugova" (Bank of Albania) and at Cafe "Flora" - "Mine Peza" street - "Durres" street
- Line No. 4 "Centre - QTU - Megatek - City Park" deviates from "Karl Topia" square - "Zogu I" -
"Fortuzi" street - Durrës street.
- Line No. 5/B "Institut - Center" deviates from "Karl Topia" square - "Zogu I" boulevard - street
"Fortuzi" - Durrës street.
- Line No. 8 "Former Train Station - Center - New Sauk/ Old Sauk/ Sanatorium - Teg" deviates to
Elbasani intersection - "Ismail Qemali" - "Bajram Curri" boulevard - "Elbasani" street
- Line No. 9 "Student City" - "Jordan Misja" road deviates to the intersection of "Elbasani" road -
"Ismail Qemali" street - "Papa Jjon Pali Il" street - "Bajram Curri" boulevard - Elbasan street and
the rest of the route "Zogu I" boulevard - "Fortuzi" street - "Mine Peza" street.
- Line No. 10/A "Martenitet i Ri - Center - Former Aviation Field" diverts to the bridge of the road
Elbasani and the other part on "Kavaja" street at the intersection with "Ibrahim Rugova" street (Bank of
Albania).
- Line 10/B "Centre - Mihal Grameno - Center" diverts to the Elbasan road bridge.
- Line No. 12/A "Uzina Dinamo e Re" - Saw deviates on the way back to Kavaja street at the intersection with
Ibrahim Rugova street" (Bank of Albania) and the rest "Zogu I" - "Fortuzi" - "Mine Peza".
- Line 12/B "5 Maji - Sharre" diverts back to Kavaja street at the intersection with "Ibrahim" street
Rugova" (Bank of Albania) and the rest "Zogu I" boulevard - "Fortuzi" street "Mine Peza" street -
Ring road - "5 Maji" street.
- Line No. 13 "Tirana e Re" clockwise to be diverted to the intersection with the "Myslym" road
Shyri" to the "University Book" on the way back to Wilson Square.
- Line No. 15 "Kombinat - Kinostudio" divert to Kavaja street at the intersection with "Ibrahim" street
Rugova" (Banka e Shipërė) and the right part at the intersection with "Unază e Vogël" continue towards
(back to TOB).
- Line No. 16 "Green Line" to divert to the Elbasan road bridge and the "Sami Frashëri" road bridge.
The circulation of emergency vehicles and the State Police will continue normally in all the above road segments.
