Horoscope for February 2 by Russell Grant
A group or company that once inspired you is now taking up too much of your time. You can either request that some of your duties be shared among others or withdraw from these obligations altogether. The exit will not be as easy as you first thought.
It may seem like you're in a losing battle, but persevere and everything will work out to your advantage in the end. Even in the face of some difficult and challenging moments, you will find the inner strength to continue.
You may need to confide in someone. You need their advice on a situation that you cannot handle on your own. Don't feel like you're cheating on someone when there's a difference between idle gossip and having a helpful, constructive conversation.
You are tempted to tell someone what you really think about them. The arguments go on and on and you are tired of hearing the same issues over and over. However, it is worth remembering that the less you say, the sooner it will be corrected.
The restrictions and some difficult commitments were starting to make you feel like you could never be independent. You never thought you would see the day when you would have more control. You can finally make decisions regardless of someone who has been interfering in your life for a long time.
It will be tempting to accept the opportunity to renew a relationship that ended unexpectedly or to accept an offer that you rejected in the past. Before you make a decision, remind yourself that there was a reason you left in the first place. This has not changed.
You are wondering if it is possible to apply for another job without your current employer knowing. You'd rather they not know you're thinking of leaving. At least not until you've found a new position.
A friend will make some uncharacteristic comments. This will surprise you. It will be one of those times when you won't be able to think about anything.
In a team situation, take this chance to assess how you are encouraging, discouraging and supporting others. You are frustrated with other members of your team when a joint effort has not progressed as quickly as you would have liked.
The work you wanted to finish today will continue with a series of confrontations and beginnings. Your main obstacle is working alongside someone who lacks the skills or knowledge that is necessary for the task. You wonder why they volunteered this time. It may be that they learn.
You have to go against what some people expect of you in an effort to be independent. If you've received help and support from someone in the past, let them know you're grateful despite your need to go in a different direction now.
In addition to having great fun participating in a group project, this is proving to be a rewarding learning experience. You are gaining new skills by being part of a team and have a talent that you can teach others.
