Prime Minister Edi Rama presented the "Golden Eagle" to the coach of the Albanian national team, Sylvihno, at the Summit of Disapora in Tirana.

And I have this eagle for an Albanian from the east. I invite the coach of to our national team Sylvinho. You are the first non-Albanian to receive the Golden Eagle, but not because of what you have done, but because you are an Albanian in the making. With the Golden Eagle, I inform you that very soon, you will have to accept Albanian citizenship ", Rama said.
