Vučić rejects the European plan again: I don't plan to sign anything

President Aleksandar Vucic, in a speech addressed to the citizens of Serbia on Thursday afternoon, took another step back regarding the dialogue with Kosovo mediated in Brussels.
Although two days separate us from the next meeting with Albin Kurti in Ohrid, where the signing of the agreement known as the Franco-German plan is expected again, Vu?i? says that "he will not sign it", and even questioned the existence of such a document.
"We have submitted our proposal, the Albanians theirs. We have not yet received anything from Brussels and that document does not yet exist," said Vucic.
According to him, the normalization of relations has nothing to do with the "de facto" or "de juro" recognition of Kosovo.
"In recent days, we have discussed what is necessary to achieve the normalization of relations, which for me does not mean a euphemism for the recognition of Kosovo, neither de facto nor de jure. As president, I call on the citizens to trust their state leadership", he further stated.
