SPAK is about to close the investigations against former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi for the privatization of the former Partizani complex.
Sali Berisha, the accusation will be communicated to him by SPAK on Wednesday, also to Malltez.
From December 2023, Berisha is under the security measure of "house arrest" after previously ignoring the measure of the obligation to appear.
