The General Secretary of the DP, Gazmend Bardhi, declares that Belind Kelliçi was not voted by the majority of the party's membership.

Speaking in "Opinion", Bardhi said that Belindi received the support of only half of the party that participated in the process.

"More than 50% did not agree with the candidacy. If 1% of the voters, which is the vote that Belindi received in this process, think that you are their best candidate, but the vast majority of the citizens of Tirana think that the candidate who came second is the best", declared Bardhi. .
