Erdogan talks about Feto's structures: His hands are stained with blood. The fact that Feto finds Albania a friendly country hurts us
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan also mentioned his enemy, Fethullah Gulen, at a joint press conference with Rama. He said he expects Albania to work harder to fight members of the FETO organization, led by exiled cleric Fethullah Gulen, whom he calls a terrorist organization.
"In our meetings we underlined our fight against the terrorist organization FETO, which attempted in 2015 a coup that wanted to overthrow our democracy. It is clear that this structure, which has its doors stained for the blood of the innocent, poses a threat not only to Turkey, but also to the countries where it is present. The fact that FETO is still able to find a field of action in the friendly and brotherly country, deeply hurts our country. "Our expectation is to take faster and more concrete steps against FETO in Albania," Erdogan said.
