Josep Borrell and Oliver Varhelyi are today in Tirana as part of the EU-Albania Association Stabilization Council meeting.
It is the first time that such a meeting is held outside Brussels.
After the meeting of the Council, Prime Minister Rama, the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, and the Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement in the EU, Oliver Varhelyi, will give a joint press conference.
