The desire to always look 30 years old has turned us into monsters

Long considered a sex symbol, Halle Berry spoke on CBS Morning about women's right to age and Hollywood's rules or pressure to always look young.

"Getting old is a privilege. Let's not try to look like eternal 30-year-olds, because we are turning into monsters. We must understand that we are much more important than our appearance. And then there is a surprise. When men grow old, we don't know how, but they become wiser, more attractive. We women, on the other hand, just get old. We have to change all that," said Halle Berry.
