Ilir Proda is proposed for the post of General Director of the State Police

Ilir Proda is the candidate for General Director of Police, whom the Minister of the Interior, Ervin Hoxha, has proposed to Prime Minister Rama.

Mr. Proda is the current director of the Police Directorate of Elbasan, with many years of experience in the ranks of the state police.

In total, 15 candidates participated in the competition, of which only 11 participated in the interview of the special commission, during the last week.

At the end of this process, on Friday 27.09.2024, the Special Commission submitted to the Minister of the Interior, based on the law, the list of the 5 most valued candidates, presented as follows in alphabetical order:
