What is known so far about the incident is that a gun was fired at a moving vehicle, in which Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati were. As a result of the shooting, Hamza Lici died at the scene and Arlind Bushati died in the hospital. The vehicle they were traveling in lost control and as a result collided with a motorcycle driven by Bashkim Basha and his wife Flutura Basha. The latter unfortunately passed away while her husband is in serious condition.
The police of Shkodra have announced that 3 pistols were found in the car of the victim of today's assassination attempt in Shkodra, Hamza Licit, while the police services during the control of the area for the capture of the perpetrators, in the village of Golem, found a completely burnt vehicle "Range Rover" and 2 automatic firearms.
The perpetrators of the assassination are still unknown.
