Surfing the waters of Venice, the mayor offers dinner to anyone who discovers the location of the two tourists
Two foreign tourists have been fined 1,500 euros after severely damaging the image of Venice, which is trying to recover from losses after two years of isolation due to the pandemic. But the footage that is now circulating everywhere and has gone viral of two youngsters defying the rules and surfing the waters of the Grand Canal in Venice has angered the city's mayor even more.

“Look at these two arrogant fools making a fool of the city! I ask everyone to help us find them so they can be punished," he wrote.
Luigi Brugnaro offers a dinner to anyone who reveals the location of the two tourists who have already been identified and even seized their swimming equipment worth 25,000 euros.
In May, Brugnaro jumped on his motorbike into the Grand Canal to confront a swimmer who was later fined €400 by police.
