Locked in a room for deliberation, eleven women will have to decide whether to accept a seven-minute cut from their lunch break. Seven minutes seems like a short time, and the works council delegate is the only one who has doubts at first. But little by little the debate heats up and each of the women will have to review their lives before voting.
