Kryemjeshtri, the newest book that brings the success story of Pejan coach Driton Kuka, comes to Tirana
"Kryemjeshtri" is the newest book authored by Arsim Maxhera, which brings the story of the success of the coach from Peja Driton Kuka, an athlete with a large number of records who touched the world peaks of the Olympic sport of judo, who was invited today at the Center for Openness and Dialogue (COD) in the Prime Minister, together with the Olympic champions trained by him Majlinda Kelmendi, Nora Gjakova and Distria Krasniqi, also characters of the book.
The publication was presented by Prime Minister Edi Rama in an open discussion on the journey of coach Driton Kuka in sports.
"It is an extraordinary story of passion, ambition and perseverance to realize the unimaginable, for the sake of the truth because I believe that only in the head of Dritoni could have existed, to begin with, the ambition to bring gold medals from the Olympic Games to Kosovo and then with very few others, this ambition has been cultivated until it finally exploded into an extraordinary success, said Rama.
"The moment of the Olympic Gold Medal is special because we have waited a lot and worked hard for this day. It is true that the Olympic Games are the pinnacle of every athlete and in fact, despite the excellent results we have had, the Olympic Games have remained something special," said coach Kuka.
