SPAK demands that Dritan Dajti's assets be confiscated
The Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime has requested that Dritan Dajti's assets be confiscated.
It is learned that the request was made based on the OFL that asked Dajti to justify his assets. The request is expected to be considered today and a decision made. Specifically it is about 6 assets. The Special Court has set this Wednesday at 13:30 to review the request of the SPAK. The OFL handed over the property self-declaration form to Daji on February 12, 2020. Dritan Dajti was convicted of killing four police officers in 2009 in Durrës.
